The small print, in full

Four things worth knowing.

What you get: Free months of Premium, right up to friend twenty-two. The lab test is the one exception — it unlocks at your twenty-third friend and nowhere before it. We don't pay cash, and there's nothing to claim, invoice or chase.
When it lands: Rewards unlock on activation, not installation. Your friend needs to complete sign-up and log three days of food. It keeps the programme honest, and it keeps it running.
The ladder: 1 friend = 1 month. 3 = 6 months. 10 = 18 months. 23 = a free intolerance lab test, on top of the thirty months you'll have banked by then. Months are added to your renewal date, so nothing expires while you're stacking them up.
Fair use: One reward per new member, and new means new — a second account on the same device won't count. We review anything unusual before months are added.
